You can join a weekly group class, or meet with me individually for a one-to-one session. I tailor all classes to the people in the room.

There are currently two group classes running in Kreuzberg, postnatal classes on Tuesday mornings, and a gentle core yoga Monday evening class. Prenatal coming soon.

I am certified to teach Lauren Ohayon's fabulous Restore Your Core programme. All of my classes at present draw heavily on this material and are suitable for pregnant and postnatal mums.
